Clinque Take the day off cleansing balm

One of the most satisfying things about taking your makeup off I think is massaging in a product and having it all come off in one swipe of a cloth, and it took me a while but I think I might have finally found my holy grail first cleanse.

Now this product isn't new on the market at all, its been around a few years. But compared to the tall impressive looking bottles in the rest of the Clinque range this little pot must have just escaped my notice. But on recommendation of a good friend I picked up the product and have never looked back. The balm itself is unscented, unstripping, gentle and easy to use. Simply scoop out some of the product, run in your fingers for a few seconds to allow it to transform into oil (much like if you buy hard coconut oil) and then rub on my face and take off with a damp cloth before your second cleanse. Then watch before your eyes as all traces of your makeup are gone... waterproof eyeliner, waterproof mascara, liquid lipstick... this little jar can get rid of it all in under a minute. Now I have combination skin and was initially worried about using it on my oilier T-zone but I have had no problems with it at all. When you rinse it off all traces of the oil have disappeared.

The balm retails for £23 which initially I thought was quite pricey but I have had this product for a year now and I still have loads left and I use it nearly every day that I wear makeup so I would say its a fair price. Price per use its next to nothing.
It will come as no surprise to you all that I recommend this to everyone, no matter your skin type or its concerns this will be an amazing remover on every one.
