- Pure Clay Purity Mask - purifies & mattifies
- Pure Clay Detox Mask - detoxifies & clarifies
- Pure Clay Glow Mask - brightens & exfoliates
Now due to my little student budget I only bought one of the masks and I bought the detox one as after being in turkey and abandoning the little bit of skincare I used to do I felt like what my skin needed was a detox and so I might pick the others up in future but for right now I only have the one.
The masks include three clays which is Kaolin which absorbs impurities and excess sebum, Montmorillonite which eliminates imperfections and then Ghassoul to clarify. Each one of the three masks then has an added ingridiant in to make it tailored to that task. The Purity mask had eucalyptus, the glow mask has red algae in and the detox mask (the one I have) has charcoal in. The mask is meant to be applied in a thin layer left for up to 10 minutes and then removed.
The texture of this mask is lovely, its creamy and cooling on the skin and leaves it feeling very clean without feeling the skin feeling tight which is always a good thing. However it is worth noting with these that they are very messy to apply and they are not the easiest things to remove. Because it is clay it sets and it does not want to come off, it took a good 5 minutes in the bathroom with an old neutrogena pink grapefruit face wash to get this to come off so bear that in mind.
All in all though I love these masks and next time I get paid I will defenitly try out another one and see if I have the same amazing results.
You can buy the masks here
Until next time....
Love Kim x
