Urban Decay B6 vitamin-infused prep spray

I hate to admit it but I am super lazy with my skin care routine I am one of these people who loves the idea but in practise can never actually be bothered with all the different products (or afford them) and so I have been meaning to try this product from Urban Decay for a while, this little bottle claims, that due to its ingredients, it can absorb oil, minimise pores and reduce redness, but does it live up to its claims?

The spray is incredibly easy to use, you simply spray it onto your face after cleansing but before your moisturiser or makeup application although you can apply it through the day as well just to refresh the face, without damaging your makeup at all.

I only bought the travel size so that I could take it on holiday with me and I love it. It does seem to do what it claims and I can see such a difference in my skin (for the worse) now I have ran out. I will definitely be buying the bigger full size for £23 which isn't a bad price for the product as it will last for months (the travel size lasted me about a month and I used it every morning).

The packaging is very nice to look at and in true urban decay style is in a deep purple colour which I just simply love. The ingredients were carefully chosen to help with a number of skin issues people may experience such as controlling oil with use of the B6 vitamin, accelerating cell turn over and helping to fight acne with willow bark which is high in salicylic acid and then antioxidant vitamin E, they seem to have covered lots of the major skin concerns most people have in a way that actually works.

It is important to note though the although it is sprayed before applying makeup and seems to make my makeup sit better on my face this product is not a primer and so you should not expect priming results from it, as I know many people think it is a primer and then is very disappointed by it.

But I love this product, its a good value for money product that made a genuine difference to my skin in its appearance, minimising the pores on my forehead most noticeably and limiting my redness as well as seeming to decrease the amount of spots I was getting, as mentioned above I will be buying the full size version, hopefully next pay day but until then my skin will have to suffer,

You can pick the spray up from debenhams here...

But until next time guys,
Love Kim X
