NYX Matte Lipsticks

So to kick off this month of everyday posting I thought i would talk to you about a NYX product that deserves more hype than it gets. Everyone has heard or owns by this point a NYX matte lip cream and they are amazing but I don't really hear all the much about the NYX matte lipsticks. 

The formulation of these is amazing, they are creamy and pigmented and last hours! They also are much less drying than the MAC matte finishes and these are much much cheaper at only £6.50 a go. They are maybe not as matte as your classic ruby woo but they are much better to wear (although moisturising and exfoliating your lips will always make them look a little better). I don't find these drying at all and find I can wear them all day comfortably and not have that need to clean them off straight away. 

The colours are so opaque too, one swipe over the lips and you have pretty flawless application. 
The colours I have are eurotrash and tea rose.

Lets start with tea rose , this a beautiful shade of lipstick. Its a very mauve pink shade and was exactly the type of colour that I was looking for to wear for the autumn time as its a very everyday kind of wearable lip. 
The second colour is eurotrash which is much browner than it looks online but it is very close to the very coveted 'velvet teddy' shade by MAC but with a lower price point and a better consistency. I love to wear this paired with the lip pencil antique rose from gosh to make it a bit pinker.

But all in all I love this formula and might even say this is a my favourite drugstore lipstick formula ever, which is a high claim I know but I think due to the low price point, comfortable wear and amazing pigmentation these are amazing lipsticks.
